Nordic Light Properties has signed a 12 year lease with The Portuguese Consulate for all of Ground floor (~1.000 sqm). The property is ideally situated on Ernest Oppenheimer Drive in Bruma with easy access to public transport and main highways.
Another important lease signed in the same building is with the Portuguese bank Millenium BCP. We are currently in negotiations with other Portuguese tenants hoping to secure leases for the remaining space on first floor.
